Ruth Hetrick

Ruth I. Hetrick, 85, of Mifflinburg, entered into rest on Sunday, February 26, 2023, at home surrounded by her family.

She was born January 27, 1938, a daughter of the late Edward and Lillian (Moore) Harbold. On March 16, 1957, she married Paul A. Hetrick, Sr., who survives.

Ruth retired from Playworld, Lewisburg.

She was certified in massage therapy and had a building on the property to see clients.

Ruth was an EMT with Mifflinburg Community Ambulance.

Surviving in addition to her husband of 66 years, are one son, Paul A. Hetrick, Jr. of Mifflinburg; one daughter, Debra A. Bell of Mifflinburg; five grandchildren, Brandon Inch, Amanda Hetrick, Jonathan Hetrick, Matthew Bell, and Kristi Picknor; and 9 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by numerous siblings.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
