Robert Tyler

Robert E. Tyler, 59, of Montandon, entered into rest at 8:15 p.m., Friday, March 1, 2019, at Evangelical Community Hospital, Lewisburg.

He was born August 9, 1959, in Altoona, a son of the late Tim and Shirley (Richardson) Tyler.  On February 14, 2017, he married the former Pamela A. Fisher, who survives.

Robert was a graduate of Bellwood-Antis High School.

He was employed as a warehouse manager at Fike Brothers Carpet, Selinsgrove.

He enjoyed music, spending time with family and friends, and his dog, McGee.

Surviving in addition to his wife, are one daughter, Amanda Tyler of Florida; two sons, Joshua Tyler of Florida, and Kolton Tyler of Mifflinburg; one step-son, Tyler Hufnagle of Lewisburg; one sister and brother-in-law, Cheryl and Steve Weyandt of Altoona; three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Barry Tyler of Tyrone, Thomas and Betsy Tyler of Tyrone, and Dennis and Nancy Tyler of Bellwood; mother-in-law, Deborah Fisher of Lewisburg; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Dale Fisher.

Family and friends are welcome from 2 to 4 p.m., Tuesday, at the Roupp Funeral Home, Inc., 8594 Old Turnpike Rd., Mifflinburg, where the funeral will be conducted at 4.
