Miles Delcamp

Miles M. Delcamp, 94, of 4345 Pleasant Grove Rd., Mifflinburg, for 71 years, entered into rest at 4:15 a.m., Tuesday, January 5, 2021, at Evangelical Community Hospital, Lewisburg.

He was born May 23, 1926, in Kratzerville, a son of the late Roy O. and Sarah (Delong) Delcamp.  On February 26, 1950, he married the former Martha Lohr, who survives.

Miles was employed as a mechanic at various auto service shops for many years, worked at Yorktowne, Mifflinburg, and farmed at his home.

He was a founding member of the Hillside Bible Church, Mifflinburg.

Miles was a lifetime member of the Buffalo Valley Sportsmen’s Club, Mifflinburg.

Surviving in addition to his wife of nearly 71 years, are four sons and three daughters-in-law, Dennis and Diane Delcamp of Milton, Duane Delcamp of Mifflinburg, Mark and Elizabeth Delcamp of Michigan, Barry and Joy Delcamp of Millmont; one brother, Harold Delcamp of Mifflinburg; 8 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by three brothers, Orvis, Kenneth, and Leon Delcamp; two sisters, Miriam Robenalt, and Fredia Schnure; and one great granddaughter, Arabella.

There will be a viewing from 1 to 2 p.m., Friday, at the Hillside Bible Church, 1650 Centennial Rd., Mifflinburg, where the funeral will be conducted at 2, with Pastor Matthew Abberger and Pastor Leslie Conklin, officiating.

Burial will be in the church cemetery.
