Daniel Miller

Daniel Y. Miller, 81, of 36 Walnut Ridge Estates, Middleburg, since 2011, went to be with Jesus at 10:38 p.m., Tuesday, March 30, 2021, at his home.

He was born July 15, 1939, in Dover, Delaware, a son of the late Enos D. and Sadie Y. (Mast) Miller.  On November 19, 1961, in Millmont, he married the former Anna R. Byler, who survives.

Daniel was a member of Shekinah Christian Fellowship, Middleburg.

He was employed at Ritz-Craft, Mifflinburg, for 27 years.

Daniel enjoyed restoring antique furniture.

Surviving in addition to his wife of 59 years, are two sons and daughters-in-law, Steven and B. Janie Miller of Mifflinburg, and Gary and Rosa Miller of Columbus, North Carolina; two daughters and sons-in-law, Joanne and Roger Peachey of Middleburg, and Norma and Laban Gingerich of Mifflinburg; five brothers, Joe Miller and Allen Miller of Mifflinburg, David Miller of Middleburg, Ray Miller of Wytheville, Virginia, and Mervin Miller of Lewisburg; one sister, Susanna Miller of Mifflinburg; 17 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one brother, William Miller in 2020; and one sister, Elizabeth Miller in infancy.

A viewing will be from 5 to 7:30 p.m., Friday, at the Shekinah Christian Fellowship, 592 Smith Rd., Middleburg, where the funeral will be conducted Saturday, at 10:30 a.m., with Pastors Dave Beiler, George Stoltzfus, Ivan Stoltzfus, and Elmer Stoltzfus, officiating.

Interment will be in Shekinah Christian Fellowship Cemetery.
