Wayne “Wink” Franklin Nogle, 70, of 1145 Johnstown Rd., Mifflinburg, entered into rest at 6:16 p.m., Thursday, February 26, 2026, at Gatehouse at Divine Providence, Williamsport.
He was born March 24, 1955, in Lewisburg, a son of the late Raymond and Althea Dewire (Beaver). On February 10, 1990, he married Kim Zimmerman, who survives.
He owned and operated Wink’s Auto Center, Milton.
Wink founded the New Columbia Dune Buggy Racing Club.
He enjoyed showing his Toyota pickup truck at car shows and was known as the Lawn Mower Guy of Pine Valley, selling and repairing lawn mowers at his home.
Surviving in addition to his wife, are one daughter, Megan Nogle of Horseheads, New York; two brothers, Raymond Nogle, Jr. of Lewisburg, and Larry Nogle of Leesburg, Florida; and one sister, Sherry Reed of Leesburg, Florida.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Ronnie Nogle.
Funeral services will be private.
