Wallace "Wally" Levi Keefer Sr., entered into eternal rest on September 9, 2020, at the age of 78, with his loving family by his side at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, after a five-week diagnosis with lung cancer.
Wally is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Jeanne M. Keefer, (Wagner) New Berlin; His sister Mary (Keefer) Brouse; his three children, Wallace Keefer Jr, his wife Diane, and step daughter Mary of Lewisburg, Kim (Keefer) Acy of Shenandoah, and Scot Keefer and his wife Jane of Chester Springs. He is also survived by his six granddaughters, Brittney Buscavage and partner Crystal Helms, Nicholynn and Megan Keefer, Sarah, Jenny, and Carly Keefer; his grandson, Jeffery Acy; and great grandson, Cole Levi.
Wallace was born on December 21st, 1941 in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania to Walter G. Keefer and Valda (Beaver) Keefer. Wally married the love of his life on August 8th, 1959. His family meant the world to him, he loved them dearly. The world lost such a strong and incredible man. He will be greatly missed by many.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m., Friday, September 18, at Roupp Funeral Home, Inc., 8594 Old Turnpike Rd., Mifflinburg. All are welcome to attend in celebration of Wally's life. Masks and social distancing will be in effect.
