Victor Leuthner

MIFFLINBURG – Victor “Vic” Joseph Leuthner, 75, formerly of 969 Shively Road, Mifflinburg, entered into rest at 11:45 am, Friday, October 19, 2018 at Evangelical Community Hospital, where he was a patient in the ICU.

He was born January 13, 1943, in Mount Carmel, a son of the late Leo and Margaret (Axman) Leuthner, and spent most of his childhood and early years in Milton. Vic was a 1961 graduate from St Joseph Catholic School.

He married Linda Irene Bilger on July 20, 1997, however, they were together more than 38 years. She preceded him in death on August 14, 2015.

Vic was employed by Milton Developmental Services as a residential advisor for over 35 years until his retirement.  He was also a bartender at Tall Cedars Inn, Forest Hill earlier in his life.

Vic enjoyed hunting, fishing, and was an avid sports fan.  He also loved watching the Dallas Cowboys, New York Yankees, and Penn State Football.

He is survived by two step-daughters and son-in-law, Angela and John Wagner of Mifflinburg, and Denise Roberts of Charlotte NC; one step-son and his spouse, Anthony Schell and Kyle DeLange of Baltimore, MD;  five grandsons and their spouses , Robert and Ashly Fausey of Chambersburg, Shawn and Michelle Fausey of Townsend DE, Jonathan and Cammie Fausey of Hamden CT,  Curtis and Casey Wagner of Selinsgrove, and Reed Wagner of Mifflinburg; four great-grandchildren, Landin Fausey, Chase Wagner, Virginia Fausey, and Benjamin Fausey; and two sisters and brother-in-law, Carol and Robert Tomoser of Hamlin, NY, and Peggy Brown of New Castle DE.

Burial in the Forest Hill Cemetery will be at the convenience of the family.

Family and Friends are welcome to attend a Life Celebration and Luncheon on Sunday, November 11th at 1PM, Laurel Lodge, 177 Camp Laurel Rd, Mifflinburg.
