Steven H. Bower

Steven H. Bower, 66, of Mifflinburg, formerly of Williamsport, entered into rest Friday, September 26, 2025, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

He was born August 7, 1959, in Williamsport, a son of the late John H. and Norma (Drawbaugh) Bower. On February 25, 1989, he married the former Elizabeth M. Bigelow, who survives.

Steven was a graduate of Williamsport High School.

He was employed as a mechanic at Texaco, Williamsport, for 17 years, and later as a security guard at Lycoming County Court House.

Steven was a member of the Middleburg Moose Lodge 1229 where he enjoyed playing bingo.

He enjoyed camping at Shady Brook Campground, Beavertown.

Surviving in addition to his wife of 36 years, are three sons and two daughters-in-law, Tom, Jr. and Erin Paternostro of Mifflinburg, Corey Bower of Mifflinburg, and Kent and Karissa Bower of Sunbury; one brother and sister-in-law, Dave and Celia Bower of Laporte; one sister and brother-in-law, Carol and John McPhee of Windsor, South Carolina; and four grandchildren.

Services will be private.
