Sandra Beaver

Sandra I. Beaver, 79, of 8 Meadowview Dr., Selinsgrove, entered into rest at 2:00 a.m., Sunday, November 24, 2019, at her home.

She was born September 20, 1940, in Potts Grove, a daughter of the late Charles and Bertha (McCracken) Waltman.  On June 21, 1958, in Mazeppa, she married Donald M. Beaver, Sr., who survives.

Sandra attended Milton High School.

She was a member of the Mifflinburg Church of the Nazarene.

Sandra was a caregiver for many years and enjoyed caring for her family, and earlier in life helped raise her younger brothers.  She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Surviving in addition to her husband of 61 years, are one son and daughter-in-law, Donald, Jr. and Joyce Beaver of Millmont; two daughters and sons-in-law, Cynthia and David Hess of Selinsgrove, and Noel and Tom Trusal of Selinsgrove; four brothers, James Waltman of Lewisburg, Boyd Waltman of Arizona, George Waltman of New Columbia, and Donald Waltman of Turbotville; seven grandchildren and their spouses, Stephanie Beaver and her companion Scott Ryan of Greenville, South Carolina, Elizabeth and Jed Loss of Mifflinburg, Abigail and Brandon Straub of Millmont, Laci and Grant Walter of Selinsgrove, Megan and Mike Carlise of Boston, Massachusetts, Lindsey Trusal of Selinsgrove, and Emily Trusal of Selinsgrove; and seven great grandchildren, Rebecca Straub, Benjamin Straub, Noah Walter, Ella Walter, Calen Loss, Colbie Loss, and Lily Ryan.

She was preceded in death by six brothers, Charles, Robert, Thomas, William, Harry, and Richard; and three sisters, Joanne Ficks, Patricia Jows, and Virginia Waltman.

Family and friends are welcome from 10 to 11 a.m., Friday, November 29, 2019, at the Roupp Funeral Home, Inc., 8594 Old Turnpike Rd., Mifflinburg, where the funeral will be conducted at 11, with Rev. Wayne Krell, officiating.

Burial will be in the Mazeppa Union Cemetery.
