Samuel Clyde Bolton, Jr., 77, of Mifflinburg, formerly of Lititz, entered into rest Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at home surrounded by his family.
He was born August 4, 1946, in Stuttgart, Germany, a son of the late Samuel C., Sr. and Maria H. (Kiszczak) Bolton. On June 17, 1972, in Lancaster, he married the former Stephanie A. Smith, who survives.
Samuel was a 1964 graduate of Conestoga Valley High School.
He was a member of the St. James Catholic Church, Lititz.
Samuel served in the Navy on the USS Robert A. Owens.
He was employed as an electrician at Armstrong Word Industries Lancaster Floor Plant, for 30 years.
Samuel was a member of the Knights of Columbus, and numerous sportsmen's clubs.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, driving his corvette, and all of the many wonderful dogs he had over the years.
Surviving in addition to his wife of 51 years, is one son Tim T. Bolton of Mifflinburg.
He was preceded in death by one son, Andy Bolton, who he missed very much.
A celebration of life will be announced at the Knights of Columbus Lodge, 1575 New Danville Pike, Lancaster.
