Paul Darmon

Paul “Peanuts” Samuel Darmon, 72, of 8438 Old Turnpike Rd, Mifflinburg, passed away on Monday, January 29, 2018, at the Williamsport Regional Hospital.

He was born July 30, 1945, in Mifflinburg, a son of the late George Samuel Darmon who died in World War II, and Elsie V. Zellers who passed away on March 16, 2017.

Paul graduated from Lewisburg High School in 1963 and then went to the University of Hawaii.

He served in the Army from September 26, 1963 until his honorable discharge November 17, 1966.

Paul was a former member of the Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church of Lewisburg.

He was employed at various gaming resorts and casinos in the United States, Argentina, and Puerto Rico.

Surviving are two brothers, Kenneth Zellers and Michael Zellers both of Mifflinburg.

A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m., Saturday, at the Church of New Life, 8700 Buffalo Rd., Mifflinburg, with Pastor Butch Woolsey, officiating.

Interment will be in the Forest Hill Cemetery.
