Nancy L. Kenamond

Nancy L. Kenamond, 72, of Mifflinburg, entered into rest at 12:27 p.m., Friday, July 24, 2026, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

She was born July 23, 1954, in Lewisburg, a daughter of the late Elwood C. and Dorothy Louise (Ruhl) Hassinger. On October 12, 1974, she married John P. Kenamond, who survives.

Nancy was a 1972 graduate of Mifflinburg High School and attended Central Penn Business School, Summerdale.

She was employed at Evangelical Hospital, Lewisburg, as supervisor of medical records.

Nancy worked at the Union County West End Fair for over 40 years and assisted her husband in the dairy shows.

She enjoyed gardening, sewing, and attending her grandsons’ sporting events.

Surviving in addition to her husband of 51 years, are one daughter, Leslie Kenamond of Mifflinburg; one son and daughter-in-law, Danny and Heather Kenamond of Lewisburg; 3 grandchildren, Hailey and her husband Logan Lloyd, Lane Kenamond, and Oakley Kenamond; and two sisters and one brother-in-law, Karen and Terry Stimeling of Streetsboro, Ohio, and Leanne Hassinger of Richmond, Virginia.

Services will be private.
