Nancy Johnson

Nancy Elaine Johnson, 76, of 4724 Furnace Rd., Lewisburg, since 1971, entered into rest at 9:42 a.m., Saturday, November 3, 2018, at her home.

She was born October 4, 1942, in Oceola Mills, a daughter of the late Charles William and Elaine (Kephart) Irwin.  On October 7, 1961, in New Jersey, she married Eugene H. Johnson, who survives.

Nancy was a graduate of Oceola Mills High School.

She and her husband were owners and operators of Johnson’s Auto Body, Lewisburg, since 1971.  Earlier in life, she was employed as a secretary of Ortho Pharmaceuticals, New Jersey.

Surviving in addition to her husband of 57 years, are three sons and two daughters-in-law, Chris Johnson of Dalmatia, Ron and Kathy Johnson of Sunbury, and Chuck and Jessica Johnson of Lewisburg; one sister and brother-in-law, Peggy and Chuck Johnson of Philipsburg; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Darryl and Angie Reed of Allport, and Ron Irwin, Sr. of Philipsburg; and four grandchildren, Yari, Max, Cale, and McKenzie.

She was preceded in death by one sister and brother-in-law, Joyce and Henry Johnson.

A memorial service will be conducted on Saturday, November 10, 2018, 11 a.m., at the Beezer-Heath Funeral Home, 719 E. Spruce St., Philipsburg.
