Milan L. Wagner, 89, of Mifflinburg, entered into rest at 3:15 a.m., Monday, September 1, 2025, at Oak Glen Nursing Home, Lewisburg. He was born March 10, 1936, at home in West Buffalo Township, Union County, a son of late Ward L. and Venetta (Wirth) Wagner. He was married to the former Edna Grace Wagner on August 29, 1979, who preceded him in death in 1998. Milian was a 1954 graduate of Mifflinburg High School. He served in the Army from 1954 until his honorable discharge in 1956. Milan was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church, Cowan, where he served on the church council. He was employed as a truck driver at E.H. Kleckner, Montandon. Milan was a member of the Mifflinburg Moose, Mifflinburg V.F.W. Post 1964, Mifflinburg American Legion Post 410. He enjoyed spending time with his family. Surviving are two brothers, Leon Wagner of Mifflinburg, and Donald Wagner of Lewisburg; one sister, Carol Lewis of Lewisburg; one step-grandson, Darrell Wagner, Jr. of Penns Creek; and step-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Horace Wagner, Ralph Wagner, and Roger Wagner; and two sisters, Lois Herbster, and Anna Kreisher; and one step-son, Darrell Wagner, Sr. Family and friends are welcome to a time of visitation from 1 to 2 p.m., Friday, September 5, at the Roupp Funeral Home, Inc., 8594 Old Turnpike Road, Mifflinburg, where the funeral will be conducted at 2, with Rev. Paul Kampa, officiating. Burial will be in the Forest Hill Cemetery, with military honors accorded by American Legion Post 410 and VFW Post 1964, both of Mifflinburg.
