Mark L. Gotshall

Mark L. Gotshall, 59, of Mifflinburg, entered into rest Sunday, September 20, 2026, at home.

He was born October 5, 1966, in Lewisburg, son of Leroy C., Jr. and Janet E. (Wert) Gotshall. On September 19, 1992, at the Lewisburg United Pentecostal Church, he married the former Christine D. Eisley, who survives.

Mark was a 1985 graduate of Mifflinburg High School and earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Bloomsburg University in 2007.

He was employed at the Lewisburg Area School District, and earlier in life worked at New Story in Selinsgrove, and as a mechanic at various auto repair shops.

Mark was a faithful member of Revival Tabernacle, Watsontown, where he served as a dedicated sound and audio/visual technician and trainer, and was a volunteer at the RevTab Youth Camp for over 20 years.

He enjoyed his puppies, camping, his tractors, and helping others.

Surviving in addition to his wife of 34 years and his parents, are one daughter and son-in-law, Ashley R. and Raven Scherr of New Columbia; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Donna and Corey Wenrick of Lewisburg, Crystal and Michael Jeirles of Lewisburg, and Vicki Cool and her fiance Robert Wilson of Dubois; mother and father-in-law, June and Richard Eisley of New Columbia; sister-in-law, Patty and her husband Doug Long of Meadville; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, John Charles Gotshall and Phillip Linn Gotshall, both in infancy.

Family and friends are welcome from 9 to 11 a.m., Saturday, September 26, at Revival Tabernacle, 960 Susquehanna Trail, Watsontown, where the funeral will be conducted at 11, with Pastor James R. Bond, officiating.

Private burial will be in the Northumberland Memorial Park.
