Linda Leuthner

MIFFLINBURG – Linda I. (Bilger) Schell Leuthner, 67, of 969 Shively Rd., entered into rest at10:14 a.m., Friday, August 14, 2015, at Rolling Hills Manor, Millmont.

She was born September 23, 1947, in Lewisburg, a daughter of the late George H. and Ethel M. (Walter) Bilger of Mifflinburg.  On July 20, 1997, she married Victor J. Leuthner of Mifflinburg and they have shared more than 35 years together.

Linda was a 1965 graduate of Mifflinburg High School.

Earlier in her life she was employed at Milton Shoe Factory, Kozy Korner Restaurant, Mifflinburg, Tall Cedars, Mifflinburg, Time Markets, Mifflinburg. Most recently she had retired from Milton Developmental Services after 28 years of employment.  She truly enjoyed working with the mentally handicapped and loved her residents.

Linda enjoyed spending time with family and friends.  She had a big-heart and always put others before herself.  She showed her children the importance of hard work and took pride in whatever she did.

Surviving in addition to her husband and mother, are two daughters and one son-in-law, Angela and John Wagner of Mifflinburg, and Denise Roberts of Fayetteville, North Carolina; one son and his partner, Anthony Schell and Kyle De Lange of Baltimore, Maryland; five grandsons, Robert W., Shawn R. and Jonathan J. Fausey, and Curtis D. and Reed V. Wagner; one great grandson, Landin Fausey; three brothers and sisters-in-law, George H. Jr and Linda Bilger of Mifflinburg, Dave and Kitty Bilger of New Columbia, and Steve and Wendy Bilger of Millmont; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Sandi Tristan and Peter Gillmore of Grand Cayman, BWI, and Anna and John Lazeski of Florida; 11 nieces and nephews; and 14 great nieces and great nephews.

Family and friends are welcome from 10 to 11 a.m., Wednesday, at the Roupp Funeral Home, Inc., 8594 Old Turnpike Rd., Mifflinburg, where the service will be conducted at 11, with Rev. Brad Brought, officiating.

Burial in the Forest Hill Cemetery will be conducted at a later date at the convenience of the family.

Family will provide flowers and suggest contributions may be made to Hospice of Evangelical, One Hospital Drive, Lewisburg, PA 17837.
