Kathryn L. Steese, 81, Mifflinburg
Kathryn Louise Steese, 81, of 110 Mifflin Place, formerly of Cold Run Rd., Millmont, entered into rest at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 10, 2014, at Evangelical Community Hospital, Lewisburg.
She was born January 8, 1933, in Lewisburg, a daughter of the late George H. and Blanche E. (McClellan) Steese.
Kathryn was a member of the Mountain Gospel Chapel, Mifflinburg.
She was employed as a bus driver for S.U.M. Child Development, Mifflinburg, for 23 years.
Kathryn enjoyed completing puzzles, animals, and spending time with her granddaughter.
Surviving are one daughter and son-in-law, Sandra L. and Matthew Houpt of Millmont; and one granddaughter, Amanda L. Ackley of Mifflinburg.
Family and friends are welcome from 10:30 to 11 a.m., Friday, at the Roupp Funeral Home, Inc., 8594 Old Turnpike Rd., Mifflinburg, where the funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m., with Pastor Butch Woolsey, officiating.
Burial will be in the Holy Cross Cemetery, Spring Mills.
