John C. Renninger

John Calvin Renninger, 77, of Millmont, entered into rest at 6:49 a.m., Friday, November 7, 2025.

He was born November 7, 1948 in Lewisburg, a son of the late Calvin “Pete” Theodore and Helen C. (Hummel) Renninger. On October 5, 1968, in Grove City, Pennsylvania, he married the former Janet L. McBride, who survives.

John attended Mifflinburg School District.

He was employed at East Buffalo Township for 25 years.

John enjoyed riding his motorcycles and was a member of the Christian Motorcycle Association.

Surviving in addition to his wife are two daughters, Janice Witkowski, and Jennifer Bilger; one brother, Carl Renninger; one sister, Kathy Schlief; six grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Paul Renninger; and one sister, Irene Hook.

A memorial service will be conducted at 3 p.m., Saturday, December 6, at the Christ Community Church of Glen Iron, 2746 State Route 235, Millmont.
