Jeremy S. Finn, 35, Mifflinburg

Jeremy Scott Finn, 35, of 230 Chestnut St., entered into rest Monday morning, June 27, 2011.

He was born December 13, 1975, in Lewisburg, a son of Julie (Walter) Finn-Whalen of Mifflinburg and the late James E. Finn.

Jeremy was a 1995 graduate of Mifflinburg Area High School. He then attended Indian River Community College, Ft. Pierce, FL, and Penn College of Technology, Williamsport.

He was employed at Lowe's, Selinsgrove, for seven years.

Jeremy attended the Freedom Fellowship, Mifflinburg.

He enjoyed cycling with his buddies in Mifflinburg, and water sports. Jeremy expressed himself through poetry and music. His twin daughters were the light of his life, and he spent as much time as possible with them.

Surviving in addition to his mother, are twin daughters, Kayla E. and Madison M. Finn of Lewisburg; one brother and sister-in-law, Jeffrey and Katherine Finn of Gainesville, FL; one sister, Araminta J. and Whitney Hahn of Thurmont, MD; grandmothers, Helen Walter of Mifflinburg, and June Finn of Lewisburg; great grandmother, Beulah Mull of Selinsgrove; step-father, Michael Whalen of Mifflinburg; step-sister, Jess Whalen of State College; and uncles and aunts, Allen and Linda Wehr of Mifflinburg, David and Shonny Walter of Millmont, Tony Bennett of Hartleton, Rick and Dorothy Walter of Mifflinburg, John and Dorry Heiges of Mifflinburg, and Gary and Jane Campbell of Winfield.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by two grandfathers, Homer Walter and James B. Finn.

Family and friends are welcome from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., Friday, at the First Church of the Nazarene, 12 E. Market St., Mifflinburg, where the funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m., with Rev. Wayne S. Krell, officiating.

Burial will be in the Hartleton Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Kayla and Madison Finn Trust Fund, C/O Mifflinburg Bank & Trust, 250 E. Chestnut St., Mifflinburg, PA 17844.

Funeral arrangements are by Roupp Funeral Home, Inc., 8594 Old Turnpike Rd., Mifflinburg.
