JOHNSTOWN — Jacqueline Grace Schrock, 5, of Johnstown, passed away on Friday, Nov. 14, 2014, at Memorial Medical Center.
She was born July 12, 2009, in Jackson, Miss., a daughter of Wesley and Heidi (Weaver) Schrock, of Johnsontown.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brothers, William and Charlie Schrock; maternal grandfather, Ernest Weaver, of Middleburg; and paternal grandparents, Galen and Jeanie Schrock, of Macon, Miss.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Lois Weaver.
Jackie was full of life with an infectious giggle and a love of singing. She liked to draw and make crafts.
Jackie attended kindergarten at Johnstown Christian School, where she enjoyed art class the most.
At home, she was a loving big sister who helped mommy by playing with her little brothers.
Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Millmont Mennonite Church, where the funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday.
