Doris "Susie" Chamberlain

Doris "Susie" Suzanne Chamberlain, 92, formerly of Mifflinburg and Selinsgrove, entered into rest at 1:18 am, Tuesday, March 24, 2020, at Evangelical Community Hospital, Lewisburg.

She was born May 15, 1927, in Williamsburg, Pennsylvania, a daughter of the late Paul Conrad and Anna Rosella (Saylor) Rearick.  On July 16, 1945, in Tucson, Arizona, she married Carl C. Chamberlain, who survives.

Suzanne was a 1945 graduate of Everett High School.

She was a member of Mifflinburg United Methodist Church and former member of the Sharon Lutheran Church, Selinsgrove.

Surviving in addition to her husband of 74 years, are one son and daughter-in-law, Steven and Helen Chamberlain of Manlius, New York; two daughters and sons-in-law, Betsy and Kerry Basehore of Shacklefords, Virginia, and Sally and Michael Stong of Northumberland, Pennsylvania; five grandchildren, Mary Jo Snyder, Jill Karlovich, Kenneth Basehore, Carolyn Phillips, and Laura Russell; and nine great-grandchildren, Morgan Catherman, Damian Catherman, Jeanna Karlovich, Julia Karlovich, Joey Karlovich, Joseph Phillips, Seth Phillips, Libbie Russell, and Charlotte Russell.

A public memorial service will be announced at a later date.
