Carole Olmstead

Carole E. Olmstead, 89, entered into rest Thursday, January 15, 2026, at Nottingham Village, Northumberland, where she had been a resident since 2020.

Formerly of Union County, Carole was born July 24, 1936, a daughter of the late Chester and Pearl (Bell) Boop. On March 17, 1955, she married Albert F. Olmstead, who preceded her in death August 29, 2014. 

Surviving family includes one son and daughter-in-law, Albert and Josephine Olmstead; two grandchildren, Lianna and Chris; one sister, Patricia Heilner; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by one sister, Ginny Hupp; and one brother, Robert Boop. 

Funeral services will be private.
