Billy N. Mattern, 95, of Mifflinburg, entered into rest at 6:42 p.m., Friday, August 15, 2025, at home.
He was born January 21, 1930 in Penns Creek, a son of the late Charles E., Sr. and Geraldine E. (Napp) Mattern. He married the former Lindy C. Acker, who survives.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements are by Roupp Funeral Home, Inc., Mifflinburg.
