Barry W. Bilger, of Mifflinburg, born April 6, 1954, was the son of the late James D. Bilger and Margaret (Kahl) Stutzman. He passed away peacefully April 18, 2026.
Barry was a 1972 graduate of Mifflinburg High School, where he was an outstanding football player. He proudly wore number 60 and took great pride in the game and his team.
In 1973, he opened "Barry's House of Flowers" where he worked as owner and designer for nearly 30 years.
Barry loved sports, especially the "Phillies". He was an avid reader of history books, with a special interest in presidents and the Civil War.
He was the father of two daughters. He is survived by his daughter, Kollie L. Giardinello of Pittsburgh. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Karlene Margaret Bilger, in 2010. Barry is also survived by his sister Carol Ann Berry of Lewisburg and his brother Randy Bilger of Lewisburg; and by his two nieces Maggie Bilger and Mackenzie Willsea.
