Anna Yarger

January 29, 1921 — July 10, 2015

MILLMONT – Anna Margaret “Margie” Yarger, 94, of 1005 Cold Run Rd., entered into rest at 6:00 a.m., Friday, July 10, 2015, at Rolling Hills Manor, Millmont.

She was born January 29, 1921, in Millmont, a daughter of the late Elmer and Vernie (Ocker) Boney.  On December 28, 1949, in Millmont, she married Fred S. Yarger, who survives.

Margie was a 1939 graduate of Mifflinburg High School.

She was employed at Huntington Throwing Mills, Mifflinburg, and Schnure’s Tasty Freeze, Mifflinburg.

Margie was a member of the Millmont United Methodist Church.

She enjoyed riding motorcycle with her husband, and doing yardwork and gardening at her home.

Surviving in addition to her husband of nearly 66 years, are one son and daughter-in-law, Kim Fred and Carol Yarger of Spring City, Tennessee; 3 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by three brothers, Warren, Bruce, and Ernest Boney; and one sister, Marie Sparks.

Family and friends are welcome from 1 to 2 p.m., Monday, at the Roupp Funeral Home, Inc., 8594 Old Turnpike Rd., Mifflinburg, where the funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m., with Pastor Jeff Yount, officiating.

Burial will be in the Hartleton Cemetery.
